Fascino, Inc. provides a wide range of products and services geared to the fashion industry. Our experience in B2B relationships is reflected in the large amount of work that some of the most prestigious fashion companies around the world have decided to give us on regular basis.
We specialize in processing regular orders for some of the major brands, like Prada, Gucci, Fendi, D&G, Cartier, and many others. On a customer's request, thanks to our extended network, we can also source almost any branded merchandise.
Due to the large amount of regular business from the brands we are working with, we can also have access to “in/out of season” discounted merchandise.
Pricing:
The base-price we refer to in all of our transactions and price lists (both for regular orders and stocklots) is the current Italian Retail (in Euro). The discount we offer to our customers is set accordingly to the type of order, type of merchandise and - overall - the volume of their orders and their purchase plan. Please note that even though we generally permit “Mix & Match” orders, some of the offers may be on “take all” basis only.
Terms:
All the offers are Ex-works Italy, unless stated otherwise.
Payment:
Fascino, Inc. is a well-established US company and our bank is a major US bank. Our standard practice is for payment to be by WT. Other forms of payment, such as LC, may be considered only in limited and exceptional circumstances. We do not accept payment by credit card or pay-pal.
Minimum:
Our minimum order is set according to each specific offer we have. Generally we can meet any minimum request. However, we believe that deals below US$ 13,000 make the importing process inconvenient for the buyer.
Merchandise:
Customers with experience in our line of business should be able to tell from just looking at our lists and offers that the merchandise we are dealing with is real, authentic and currently in stores all over the world. However, if required, samples can be made available at full price.
Upon prior negotiations and arrangements, the merchandise will be available for inspection at any time. Inspections will take place in Italy. Deposit will be required.
Packaging:
The merchandise we ship is complete with tags, boxes, pouches and/or any other packaging that comes with the specific item, (exactly as the brand sends it to us).
Shipping:
Unless you place a regular order, the merchandise we offer is generally ready for immediate shipment. We provide full shipping and custom clearance assistance. Since our business volume is quite consistent, we have a special deal with a reliable shipping company that provide our customers with a full “delivery to your door” service at discounted price. Each shipment takes an average of 7 w/days from the payment.
Documentation:
As for the documentation, we provide our direct and full commercial invoice issued by our company. In order to avoid misuse of the supplier's original paperwork we do not provide original and/or sanitized documentation to our customers. However, if required by custom officials, we will provide them to the customs offices directly. Nevertheless, select customers in very specific situations, may also see the original paper-works and/or receive some sanitized documents, if necessary and upon previous arrangement.

Upon the receiving of specific details about your needs - the merchandise you are interested in brand/category/item/quantity/etc. - we can provide you with new lists (not necessarily published on the web site) specifically tailored on your requirements.
