guarantee the merchandise 100% authentic and first quality. We do not sell
so called "factory overrun" or other amenities that just cover the word
knockoff. Our merchandise comes from the distribution, not from
manufacturers of any kind.
The
merchandise we ship is complete with tags, boxes, pouches and/or any other
packaging that comes with the specific item, (exactly as the brand sends
it to us).
We
provide appropriate documentation and prove of authenticity as well as
assistance for custom's clearance. In certain cases invoice from the
brand will be issued directly to your company.
The documentation we provide
includes our direct and full commercial invoice. In order to avoid
misuse of the supplier's original paperwork, we only provide it to select
customers and only in very specific situations.
Nevertheless, some sanitized documents may be available if necessary.

Usually the minimum order
required is stated on each offer. Therefore you will find offer with any
kind of minimum required. However, we believe that a minimum
wholesale order that may be worth the imports' costs should be over Euro
10,000. My suggestion is to
contact us.
If possible, we will certainly try to accommodate your needs. Sometime we can
also join two or more orders to reach the
target quantity.
What
currency do you require for payments?
The base-price we refer to in all
of our transactions and price lists (both for regular orders and
stocklots) is the current Italian Retail (in Euro). The discount we
offer to our customers is set accordingly to the type of order, type
of merchandise and - overall - the volume of their orders and their
purchase plan. All the offers are Ex-works Italy, unless
stated otherwise.

How do I pay for your
merchandise ?
Fascino, Inc. is a well-established
US company and our bank is a major US bank. Our standard practice
is for payment to be by WT. Other forms of payment, such as LC, may
be considered only in limited circumstances. Since our minimum order
is Euro 10,000, other minor forms of payment like Pay Pal are not to
be considered.
Do you provide samples on
request ?
Customers with experience in our
line of business should be able to tell from just looking at our
lists and offers that the merchandise we are dealing with is real,
authentic and currently in stores all over the world. However, if
required, samples can be made available at full price.
Upon prior negotiations and arrangements, the merchandise
will be available for inspection at any time. Inspections will take
place in Italy.

fill: your purchase order and our pro-forma invoice with items,
quantities, prices, terms and banking details. With your purchase order,
our pro-forma invoice and payment the deal will start.
Please note that because of the
nature of our offers, in mostly of the cases, time is of the essence. We
can provide you with all the information and the time you may need but we
cannot guarantee that at the end the merchandise you are interested in
buying will be still available.
